Charlmane has been studying Tai Chi at the Ji Hong Tai Chi & Qi Gong school in Richmond Hill since 2011. Under the guidance of Sifu Bao Sen Liang, her interest in Tai Chi continues to grow. She is also amazed at the profundity and wisdom of Tai Chi, a traditional Chinese martial art, while having first-hand experience in the improvement of health after practicing Tai Chi for a period of time. As a result, she has been actively sharing the benefits of Tai Chi with others. In recent years, Charlmane also discovered the wonderful health benefits of Qi Gong. She believes that this ancient health exercise is indeed worth promoting.
Charlmane has always been passionate about teaching. Her past work has also brought her teaching experience. Therefore, it is a pleasure for Charlmane to be certified as an instructor at Ji Hong Tai Chi & Qi Gong school and to share the experience of practicing Tai Chi and Qi Gong with students. Charlmane has strong observational and analytical skills. She can explain the principles of Tai Chi in simple language, making it easier for beginners to understand and remember. Having gone down the same learning path, Charlmane realizes the challenges that Tai Chi presents to beginners, and is a very patient instructor. Charlmane hopes her passion for Tai Chi and Qi Gong Health inspires others, and together attain good health through persistent practice.
